Lathrop Community Partners encourages you to get involved in the planning of the Lathrop Homes site. The multi-year, multi-phase community planning process began with a public Kick-Off Meeting to introduce the community planning process. The Kick-Off Meeting was held on Wednesday, November 16 from 6-8 p.m. at the New Life Community Church at 2958 N. Damen. Over 150 members of the community were in attendance. In early December, a three-part collaborative Workshop Series was conducted on the following topics; Greening of Lathrop, Education, and Livable Communities. community planning process. The next public meeting will present our Development and Design team's Master Plan concepts for the new Lathrop Homes.
